Traits

The character has a jester hat like cap attached to their head (it cannot be taken off). Cap size (length and thickness) cannot be larger than 2x the size of the head. It can mimic any type of jester hat.

Trait Effects

This trait can be affected by overgrowth. Overgrown jester caps can be 1/2 the length of the body. There is no mega mutated variation.
