The character has 1-8 long, large feathers, like those of a peacock, sprouting from anywhere on their body. Feather size cannot exceed 1/4th the character's body length.

This trait can be affected by overgrowth. Overgrown fancy feathers can be any length. There is no mega mutated variation.
